Star Sand Beach, Iriomote, Okinawa

Isn't it beautiful?
One of my favorite beaches in the world.
All the sand, each one particle, has a star shape.
It is a remnant of a shelled sea insect.
The particles are from 0.5-4mm big.
They feel nice to touch.
Soft and dry.
